Welcome to SEUCO

The South Eastern University College (SEUCO) was established as a constituent college of the University of Nairobi as a Successor to Ukambani Agricultural Institute (UKAI), through legal notice No. 102 on July 15, 2008.
The University College is located in Kwa Vonza division in the Lower Yatta District in a serene and Condusive learning environment, 13 Kilometers off Kwa Vonza Market, along the Kitui-Machakos main road. The institution lies on a 10,000 acre land neighbouring Nyumbani Village and the Goat and Sheep Project (GASP).

Emphasizing on Research

Capacity building, exchange of staff, mutual visits, sharing of equipment and physical facilities, agricultural research and technology development are some of the areas that SEUCO and KARI have agreed to collaborate in their recently signed MOU. School of External Studies

This school was setup to cater for the growing demand for proffessionals in the field of Governance, democracy and Elections.
Ms. Koki Muli is the Director of School of External Studies and Continuing Education(SESCE). She is a constitutional and elections expert, an advocate and certified public secretary of Kenya.
The curriculum for SESCE will be broadly based on;

The Constitution of Kenya, 2010 (and related laws)
Elections and Democracy – based upon the BRIDGE(Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections) Curriculum and methodology.
